        <p>At present, experience shows that in large cities the construction of tall buildings is increasingly developing due to the high cost of land, scarcity of urban areas, intense population growth and other reasons. Construction of high-rise buildings has its own specifics in terms of a three-dimensional form, proportions, selection of structural systems and elements of buildings. The main issue in the design of tall buildings is to ensure the reliability. Therefore, the construction of such facilities requires the use of a completely unique engineering solutions. Given current trends of high-rise construction, the article gives the classification of structural systems (circuits). Considered are the main supporting structures of tall buildings. Based on the analysis of literary sources, the description of some engineering solutions, which found itself in the construction practice</p>
