        <p>The article discusses issues related to the teaching of architectural CAD systems based on BIM-technology in universities with the construction profile. Research was conducted among the most common in the Russia CAD based on BIM-technology (Autodesk Architecture, Nemetschek Allplan, Graphisoft ArchiCAD and Autodesk Revit) in terms of ease to development by students. Authors consider basic tools of each program and make conclusions about their functionality and convenience. As a result, authors called Graphisoft ArchiCAD the most useful program to study. Also, authors discuss the importance of studying programs based on BIM-technologies in universities</p>
